Aaaaah. ...

Aaaaah. I really, really wish I had a video camera right now.. hopefully, I'm getting that as my Christmas present. My parents have been hinting at it and with some money from grandmas and aunts and uncles, I'd be able to purchase a decent editing program.. of course, I could always work on some movies and stuff at school, but there's such a different feel to working on something on your own time, really, and just playing around with camera angles and different shots and the editing without having bells cut you off because you have to go to another class once you really get going. I was just watching some crappy video that I shot with my digital camera.. and there was this one shot, where I went into my bathroom and shot some footage of my window when it was dusk out and there was such little light.. you couldn't even tell that it was my bathroom. I just kind of focused on the window and.. wow. It was so pretty.. almost ethereal. Breathtaking.. And then I shot some stuff of the toilet flushing. Not so breathtaking.But.. yeah. I was just of loving that one shot that I had and listening to Arwen's song at the same time.. and this really short elven-inspired idea popped into my head. I don't even know what it's gonna form to be.. but I can't wait until Christmas so I can shoot some stuff in my room at dusk and make it awesome. xD
